Whether you're a farmer or provide ag-related services, disagreements are unavoidable.

Having more tools to shift a conversation from conflict to connection can help bring the temperature down and keep the focus on solutions.

“The training by Mary and Jenna assisted our employees in understanding how to connect empathetically. As part of that process, they encouraged us to ask the ‘what’ and ‘how’ questions that are more likely to enhance communications.”
